You read the title of this post and now you're probably wondering, what is a flamboyance anyway?

In nature, it's a gathering of flamingos. At Gradient it's a fun team of dedicated individuals, many of whom are veterans in the MSP space, with a common passion to help make the IT channel better. We also really like flamingos, especially Phil.

Meet Mary Signorelli, our Director of Flamboyance. She manages our Channel Engagement Team, which is responsible for providing great experiences for our visitors at various industry events. 

We managed to pin Mary down between trips to talk about her role and the excitement she and the team are bringing to events.
